How BappaCards Works: Tap, Connect, Close
Get up and running with BappaCards in 5 minutes
Create Your Free Profile
Go to bappacards.com/sign-up and sign up with Google or email. You'll land on the Manage Profile dashboard.
No credit card needed. Every account starts with a free digital profile.
Set Up Your Info
On the Personal Info tab, fill in your First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, and Phone. Click Save Changes when done.
Keep your title concise. Example: 'Sales Director at Compass' works better than a long paragraph.
Add Your Photo & Media
Switch to the Media tab. Upload a professional headshot as your Profile Picture (square, at least 400x400px). Optionally add a Cover Background photo and Company Logo.
Premium users can upload a video background for a card that really stands out.
Add Your Links
Go to the Social Media tab. Add your Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and any other platforms. You can also add payment links (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo). Drag the handles to reorder.
Click '+ ADD ANOTHER' to add multiple links per platform. You can have two Instagram accounts or three websites.
Customize Your Look (Premium)
On the Appearance tab, set your Card Theme Color, Link Color, Background Color, and Font Style. Toggle 'Match Link Icons' for a unified look.
Configure Buttons
On the Settings tab, toggle on Save Contact, Exchange Contact, and Email Button. Premium users can also enable Apple Wallet and Custom Redirect.
Apple Wallet lets people scan your QR code directly from your iPhone Wallet app.
Share Your Card
You can share your card six ways: NFC tap, QR code scan, direct link, Apple Wallet, email signature, and social media bios. Your profile link is bappacards.com/profile/XXXXXX.
Track Results (Premium)
Visit the Analytics page to see Total Taps, Link Clicks, and which cities your card is used in. Filter by time range and see which links perform best.
Order a Physical Card
Visit bappacards.com/products to choose from Bappa Preferred ($50 PVC), Bappa Custom ($70 custom design), or Bappa Platinum ($100 metal, most popular). Cards ship pre-programmed.
