These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BappaCards' website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through our Services, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services following notification of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with BappaCards. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Using our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
Violating or infringing other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to our Services
3. Communications and Marketing Consent

By creating an account and using our Services, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from BappaCards. These communications may include:

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will still receive transactional and service-related messages necessary for the operation of your account, such as password resets, payment confirmations, and important security notifications.

4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Responsibility

5.1 Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content as described in these Terms
Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person or entity
Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 BappaCards Intellectual Property
Our Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by BappaCards, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2 License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms
Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from our Services
Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of our Services or any services or materials available through our Services
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BAPPACARDS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the BappaCards Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Program Overview
The BappaCards Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to BappaCards through unique referral links. Participation in the program is free and open to all registered BappaCards users.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link. A "qualifying sale" is defined as a completed purchase of a BappaCards product or subscription by a new customer who clicked the Affiliate's referral link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
- Referral attribution is tracked via cookies and link parameters. The referral window is 30 days from the initial click.
- BappaCards reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice to Affiliates.
3. Payouts
Commissions are accumulated and paid out at the end of each calendar month, provided the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $20.00 USD.
- Payouts are processed via the payment method on file (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer as available).
- If the minimum threshold is not met, the balance rolls over to the following month.
- Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on commissions earned.
4. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote BappaCards in a truthful, non-misleading manner consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices.
- Not use paid search ads that bid on BappaCards branded keywords without prior written approval.
- Not create fake accounts, self-refer, or engage in any fraudulent activity to generate commissions.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting BappaCards, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic generation.
- Using BappaCards trademarks or intellectual property in domain names, social media handles, or ad copy without permission.
- Making false or exaggerated claims about BappaCards products or earnings potential.
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service in connection with your promotional activities.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
- BappaCards may immediately terminate your affiliate account if you violate these Affiliate Terms.
- Upon termination, any pending commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days, unless termination was due to fraud or policy violations.
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of BappaCards branding, referral links, and promotional materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
BappaCards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Modifications to These Terms
BappaCards reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
